If you don’t see the answer to your question below, please contact us through the help form. We respond to emails within 48 hours, between 9am-5pm MST, Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays.)

Do you take returns or exchanges?

All Boss Up Shop purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any product sold through the shop. Returns or refusals made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere. International customers will pay the actual shipping cost which is determined during by the products in your order and subject to change at any time.

What if my order is damaged during shipping or I am missing an item?

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within two weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us at help@lindsaytm.com and our customer care team will help you with any issues.
