Do you take returns or exchanges?

All Boss Up Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of quarterly boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or other shop sale orders. Returns or refusals made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

How does the subscription work?

If you sign up for the annual subscription you’ll pay *75.00 per box, billed quarterly up to two weeks before your box ships. As a perk of subscribing to the annual plan, you will also receive FREE shipping on all boxes!

Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time provided the first year commitment has been fulfilled. Subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the next billing date. Once a subscription has been billed no refunds will be made.

What is your cancellation policy?

Memberships must be cancelled before the next billing date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the next quarterly box.

Cancellation of an account will not provide any refund or stop a pending charge for a quarterly box. Your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.

An annual subscription requires a four box commitment and any cancellation will be processed after that commitment has been fulfilled. Annual subscriptions are nonrefundable.

Can I buy just one box?

Yes! You are welcome to buy just one box without a subscription, subject to availability. As a reminder, an annual subscription gets you FREE shipping on all quarterly boxes.

We think surprises are fun so we can’t tell you what’s coming next! You can expect fun, bright, and happy items that will make your work day easier and keep your looking fresh. Keep an eye on our social media for possible teasers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere. Internationals subscribers and customers will pay the actual shipping cost of a box which is determined during your order and subject to change at any time.

What do I do if my box is damaged during shipping or I am missing an item?

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within two weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us at help@lindsaytm.com and our customer care team will help you with any issues.
