At Boss Up Box, we offer an annual Boss Up Box Box Membership (a “Membership”). Please review the Boss Up Box Box Membership Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Membership you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Memberships are continuous and automatically renew unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale.

1.          Annual Memberships. An Annual Membership consists of an initial product box (each, a “Box”) and an additional Box sent out quarterly thereafter – Winter (December), Spring (March), Summer (June), Fall (September).
If you sign up for an Annual Membership, you will be billed $75.00 and that quarter’s Box will be the first box you receive. The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability. Thereafter, your credit card will be charged $75.00 up to two weeks in advance of the subsequent quarterly box shipment date, and every quarter (so, four times a year) thereafter.

Annual Memberships automatically renew on the next billing date after your first four boxes and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term up to two weeks before the then-current Box is shipped.

2.          Cancellation Policy. Customers may cancel at any time after the first full year commitment has been fulfilled, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Memberships.

In order to cancel your Membership, you must: (a) email us at help@lindsaytm.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; or (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to Cancel, and follow the instructions. You must contact us and complete cancellation within the time frames stated in the Boss Up Box Box Membership Terms for your cancellation to be effective in a timely fashion. There are no cancellation fees.
For Annual Memberships, you must cancel prior to the billing date for the next annual period. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be processed.

If you would like to cancel before your annual term is up, you will be required to pay half of the remaining commitment. IE: if you have 3 boxes left on your commitment, the remaining charges would be $225 so the cancellation charge of half would be $112.50.

3.          Add-Ons. Every quarter we may offer additional, discounted products that Members may add to that quarters’s Box (“Add-Ons”). Add-Ons for Annual Members are billed up to two weeks before quarterly Boxes are shipped. Add-Ons are shipped at the same time as your regular Boxes.

4.          Shipping and Taxes. For each Box and Add-Ons, we may also charge for any applicable taxes, as well as shipping fees for shipments outside of the Continental United States.  Shipping fees are currently subject to location and box size and weight.

5.          Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
